1. Overview

RSS Dairy Farm is a project of RSS Holdings Limited, offering aquaculture-based investment opportunities. Investors earn monthly returns based on selected plans, funded through fish farming operations. These Terms govern your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide truthful, accurate KYC information

• Agree to all terms stated herein

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. RSS Dairy Farm is not liable for any unauthorized access or transactions made through your account due to your negligence.

4. Investment Plans & Returns

• Investments are made into fixed-term plans (6 months), during which capital is locked.

• Returns are paid monthly, based on the selected plan’s rate.

• You may have multiple active plans simultaneously.

5. No Refund Policy

All investments are final and non-refundable.

Once funds are allocated into our aquaculture operations, they are used to purchase stock, feed, infrastructure, and manage farm operations — all of which are real-world expenses that cannot be reversed.

⚠️ Because we operate a live agricultural system, investor funds are immediately committed to physical farming costs. This makes it impossible to offer refunds, cancellations, or early withdrawals.

By investing, you acknowledge and accept this condition fully.

6. Referral Program

• You earn commissions of up to 18% across 3 levels.

• Referral bonuses are paid instantly and cannot be reversed.

• Abuse of the referral system (fake signups, self-referrals, etc.) will lead to suspension or forfeiture of rewards.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities

• Misrepresent or impersonate another person

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the system

Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

8. Withdrawals

• Payouts are made according to your selected plan (monthly)

• All withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe

• Withdrawal details must be accurate — we are not responsible for losses due to incorrect bank info

9. Risk Acknowledgment

While we strive to deliver consistent returns, you acknowledge that all investments carry some degree of risk. Past performance is not a guarantee of future earnings.

Investing in aquaculture involves variables like market conditions, environmental factors, and operational challenges. RSS AquaFarm takes all necessary steps to manage these risks but does not guarantee profits.

10. Limitation of Liability

RSS Dairy Farm, its team, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any:

• Loss of earnings

• Platform downtime

• Delays in payments due to external or technical issues

• Investment losses due to unforeseen farming or market events

11. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you agree to the updated version.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or abuse of our systems.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
